                 Television has become the number one pastime in the western world, followed closely by music industry. These two forms of entertainment are actually joined at the hip and share the same heart’s blood. So what does it mean that people are spending their time and money on these pursuits? First let’s examine a few of the words that we have encountered in these initial few sentences.

                Television: The word is comprised of two distinct parts.

              Tele: meaning at a distance

and

            Vision: the faculty or state of being able to see. An experience of seeing someone or something in a dream or trance, or as a supernatural apparition.

            Television is the act of seeing something from a distance. The trance like state that people seem to fall under when viewing television readily testifies to the supernatural power it invokes over those captured by its glamour.  Personally I like to define television as a lying vision or “Tel-lie-vision". 

            So moving on to our next word, how should we define what it means for a person to have a pastime? 

            Pastime: an activity that someone does regularly for enjoyment rather than work; a hobby.

         To have a pastime is to spend time on one’s self instead of spending that same time in prayer and fellowship with YHUH. Having extra time is a luxury that should be used to fulfill the will of our Father in Shamym. The heathen or gentiles or pagans or those separated from the Life of YHUH spend their time in pursuit of those empty endeavors. 

            Television first began to be offered commercially in the 1920’s. By the 1950’s it had become the primary medium for molding public opinion in the U.S. and many other countries. There were no studies or test groups, to the public’s knowledge, to determine how long term exposure to this medium would affect the human mind. What is actually going on when someone watches television? The proper term for this activity or non-activity is called programming. So what does it mean to be programmed?

            Programming: 1. to provide (a computer or other machine) with coded instructions for the automatic performance of a particular task. 2. cause (a person or animal) to behave in a predetermined way. 3. arrange according to a plan or schedule

            Astounding, the word used from the very beginning of television, long before computers took over the world, was programming. So if I were to examine the results of about seventy years of television programming on the First-World-Population, could I find any long-term positive or negative consequences? 

           Television has now become the Modern-Day-Oracle of the world. It arranges their schedules, you can’t very well miss your favorite show or the big game. The “Boob-Tube” instructs its bewitched prisoners in every area of their lives, from what to wear, to what to eat, it even instructs its viewer on what form beauty should take or most importantly of all, what they should believe.

           Slowly, over the last three generations, the secret place of YHUH Himself has been defiled as never before. The tent erected to be the dwelling for the breath of the Almighty, has become the habitation of every unclean and abominable thing. The Eighth-Beast, which is Self, has ascended to become ultimate replacement of YHUH in the darkened minds of fallen men. Woe onto them that place foreign images in the Hykal (Temple) of YHUH.

       “And He brought me to the door of the court; and when I looked, behold a hole in the wall. Then said He unto me,Son of man, dig now in the wall: and when I had dug in the wall, behold a door.And He said unto me, Go in, and behold the wicked abominations that they do here. So I went in and saw; and behold every form of creeping things, and abominable beasts, and all the idols of the house of Yashr'Al, portrayed upon the wall round about.”

           As a man thinks in his heart, so is the man. It doesn’t matter that the images on the television are fictional, once they enter into the heart they become part of what you are. The images become memories that live with most people for the rest of their lives. Only YHUH Mashyck can purify these thoughts, and remove them from the human heart.

              The abomination that stands in the Hykal (Temple) of YHUH, isn’t someone standing in a temple made by the hands of man, but inside the minds and hearts of YHUH’s Body.

        "You blind guides, which strain at a gnat, and swallow a camel. Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you make clean the outside of the cup and of the platter, but within they are full of extortion and excess.you blind Pharisee, cleanse first that which is within the cup and platter, that the outside of them may be clean also. Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you are like unto whited sepulchers, which indeed appear beautiful outward, but are within full of dead men's bones, and of all uncleanness.  Even so you also outwardly appear righteous unto men, but within you are full of hypocrisy and iniquity."

           This entire battle is not about the things outside but the things inside, the things that defile the true dwelling place of YH YHUH. Look and see the mystery of the Father’s will for us. It isn’t to obey a command from the outside but to obey the command from the inside. This will allow the tree to produce fruit for all to see.

       “You have heard that it was said by them of old time, you shall not commit adultery: But I say unto you, that whosoever looks on a woman to lust after her has committed adultery with her already in his heart.”

           A man could go his whole life and never cheat on his wife, but will still be judged as an adulterer if he walks in lust towards other women. 

       “Whosoever hates his brother is a murderer, and you know that no murderer has Eternal-Life abiding in him.”

           Here again, it is the inside of man that is defining his true nature. To hate one's brother is equal or the same as murder.

          How can anyone expect to be able to fill the House of YHUH with the darkness and false-light of television (i.e. the world) and not end up with a lap full of strange-fire? Think about this just for a moment, Superman, Spider-man, Batman, Star Wars, and so on, the list is endless. All these are false mighty-ones (alhym), the images and memories of these abominable intruders have filled the hearts and minds of the people. They are the modern day Nephilim just like in the days of Noah. 

           All eyes are focused outside when the need to turn inside to the true dwelling of YH YHUH, and let Him come in and cleanse His House once and for all.

Where is the Reign of Shamym found?

Not in buildings made of stone.

But I tell you the truth, the Reign of Shamym is inside of you.

Television and all of her sisters of today’s media delivery system are designed to turn the House of YHUH into a garbage can of unclean filth.

           Turn off the world’s oracle, and begin to see and hear clearly for the first time.
